Blade Tile Saw

Cutting laminate flooring Without a power saw?
I am considering purchasing Pergo flooring & installing it. I have a fear of power blades. I was wondering if there was a way to cut laminate without a power saw. Can one of those tile (QEP Tile Cutter) type things be used?
You don't need to do a lot of cutting in reality and the boards are easy enough to cut by hand - and as you have realised hand tools are much easier to control than power tools. Make life easy by getting a nice sharp saw with fairly fine teeth - and you don't have to be too neat as all the cut edges get covered by the trim round the room - which covers the all important expansion gap.
