Brochure Lot
Advice regarding recalled polly pocket items to mattel, and alternatives brochure.?
My daughter has £70 worth of the recalled polly pocket items. I have received the returns label and alternatives brochure from Mattel, however there is not much choice in the brochure, and nothing she would want. Why would we want to replace 3 large houses/hotels for lots more accesories. I called Mattel, and thay said thay could send vouchers instead, however the vouchers are only valid at Toymaster. I called our nearest shop (which is a 40min bus journey away) just to be told thay only sell limited polly pocket, no houses etc. I have seen an article suggesting that you only have to return the parts with magnets (in which case, she could continue to play with the house etc). Does anyone know if this is correct, as Mattel advised that I should return the whole set. ???? Advices please.
Return them! I believe that even if you loose all the toys and the money who cares? They recall for a reason!!!!
