Dear Society, I recently purchased a “pristine” 2005 White Grand AM.?

What do you figure is the motive behind the deafening shriek emerging from the lower area of the automobile? If you ask me it sounds as though a considerable portion of the engine is dragging amongst the gravel. I did glance beneath for anything unusual. Ex. Suspended vehicular objects. There was nothing. P.S Thanks to the entire populace for all the assistance, too bad pointing & laughing couldn’t cure more everyday catastrophes!

I am wondering if this could be your front brake pads. There is a wear sensor that makes a kind of shrieking sound when the pads are worn down enough.
