Variable Speed Wet
land area with nasty wet weather?
I'm looking for land place which match all of condition below:
non-freezing cold temp: 1°- 10°c.
Heavy downpour rain that can lasts more than 3 hours combined with variable duration of drizzle/light rain.
High humidity( > 80% maybe ?)
Occasional/continuous wind. Wind speed: any. The more windy the better.
Altitude:any.
Any such place in this earth? where ? when?
p.s. as a testing ground for wet weather outdoor gear
The Cuillin of Skye. Perfect match for your requirements. Skye is an island off the west coast of Scotland. The Cuillin is one of the magic places of the UK, beautiful in good weather but a terror in the horizontal rain and sea foam off the north Atlantic.

Much of Scotland, especially near the west coast, can have wild stormy weather for days with howling winds and enormous waves crashing over the rocks.
Even the wild Haggis don't go walking in that.
