Can I use Corian with LG Hi-macs?

Can the dupont Corian & the LG Hi Macs be used together? For example I have a dupont Corian top with a top stainless steel sink and need to change the sink to make it smaller and undermounted. Can I use LG Hi Macs to fill part of the cut out?

You could but a color match is unlikely. In cases like this I usually recommend making an escutcheon.

This would be like a picture frame to which you would mount the sink and would cover the hole. But then you would not appear to have an undermount sink. Seaming the Corian to exactly match the height of the hole is a job best left to a professional.
