undermount stainless sink

Does anyone have any first-hand experience with granite composite sinks? If so, are you happy with it?
I'm trying to decide between stainless and granite composite sinks to go with the new granite countertop. I don't care for the stainless look in general ( even though the stainless look is the trend nowadays). I like my white porcelain sink, but I don't think they can undermount it under the granite. This composite sink is supposedly heat-resistant, scratch-resistant and easy to clean due to its stain-resistant nature. All this sounds too good to be true!! Would any of you care to share your experience with this type of sink? Thank you!!
We put a granite composite sink in our old home and were extremely pleased with it. Great looks and durable. It proved to be heat and scratch resistant and never had any problems with stains (black sink). Now we are in a new house, redoing the kitchen and I want to put in a granite composite sink and can't find one in anything other than black, beige or white unless I pay more than I would like. That is my only gripe with them.
