Used Celica 1988 all-trac turbo, $3000 rebuilt, good deal???

I came across this ad on craigslist for a used celica 1988 all-trac turbo, for $3000, is this a good deal? what should I look for...??

Fully rebuilt 3SGTE engine with TTE high performance head gasket, rebuilt at lordco machine shop in maple ridge. rebuilt turbo has 10'000 km on it. Koni adjustable struts, hks turbo timer, hks fuel cut off, auto meter oil psi and turbo gauges, original red interior. Original stock rims as well as 5 star rims. After market exhaust. Engine is NOT in the car.
I spent $2500 on the engine rebuild, over $1600 on the turbo, $2200 on fixing up other odds and ends.... Now I am back in college and dont have any more cash.
I have run out of money to finish this project. All that you have to do is put the engine back in the car and youre good to go.
This is a steal!
