Texture Trowel
How do you skip trowel?
I am trying to add texture to my walls, we had to take off a lot of wall paper, so we need to kno how to cover up the mess.
to skip trowel you need to apply topping mixture(which has a little coarse material in it to add to skipping) with a "lifting motion as you slide trowel across surface. start with medium amt on trowel, place against surface lightly press and slide trowl then slightly ease pressure then slightly increase pressure as you apply. this causes uneven distribution across surface takes a little practice try it out on a section of wall , scrape off the first attempts before it dries until you get the hang of it
