Stone Porcelain

Can anyone tell me the pros and cons with the following...?
1) Porcelain
2) Stainless Steele
3) Concrete
4) Natural Stone
5) Resin/man made materials
If it helps, I am remodeling my kitchen, and trying to think of the best type of sink to put in it.
I'm a general contractor and have done many kitchens. It's great that your interested in finding the best product. So many people are just interested in the 'look' these days and not product performance which can be just as important!
Today there are a lot of products on the market and a lot of choices.
Porcelain will can stain and can easily be shipped or cracked.
Stainless Steel is a great dual purpose option, but if you have hard water it can get build up of scale and water spots.
Concrete is being used more and more. It's a great option. If sealed properly it is less likely to stain, but you will need to be careful with your dishes on this surface.
Natural Stone - depends on what type.. Marble will stain. Granite is an great option, but expensive. It too has some maintenance to maintain the look and finish. Quartz is becoming more popular and has less maintenance than granite.
Man made materials like corian are a great option. I happen to prefer corian to a lot of other options. And it comes in a wide range of choices.
Cast Iron is a good option if you can afford it. It is very heavy.
Copper has a lot of maintenance issues unless you want it to patina.
Soapstone is great, it ages nicely, it does discolor but it is part of the 'look'.
