Is it legal for your boss to have you punch a clock on 3rd shift and not your coworkers on 1st &2nd ?

I work for an agency that has 1st ,2nd, and 3rd shift. Recently the Supervisor brought in a Time Clock in which has already been stated that the 3rd shift (ME) is to stamp a card every half hour. However the other shifts do not have to punch this clock. Is this legal? and if not, how far can I take my complaint? State Labor Board?

It does not come under law. It is the companies rules. You are expected to obey it. Verify the contract you have signed, while entering the job.
