i got this a level physics work to do on the electromagnetic spectrum and i cant find any resources, help me?
i was asked:
1. identify the different regions of the electromagnetic spectrum and explain some of its features.
2.identify two different applications (domestic/commercial/medical/industrial)
3.describe these aplications with reference to there roperties.

That gives a picture with all the different types of electromagnetic wave on and their wavelengths.
As for uses there are alot of things you could write about such as xrays being used to find breaks in bones, gamma rays used for irradiating food in tins and hence extending their shelf life. Gamma rays are also used to find cracks in boat hulls. Google uses of an individual type of wave such as xray, you should get plenty of help!
