Is the Insanity Workout dvd set safe for a 14 year old?
My son has the Insanity Workout dvd set. Is it safe for him to use? He's 14.
My son Plays on the varsity football team. i was just wondering if it would stunt his growth. Thank You!
it depends. Insanity is a high intensity workout that does a lot of movement in a short period of time. Depending on how your son stands in athletic mobility; I think its best that he does the fit test first to determine whether or not he is able to do the routines. If he does okay...he should be able to complete it no problem. Insanity is mostly for those that are some what fit considering the kind of mobility and pace the routines are in the dvds. Also, you could watch the dvds and take a look at the workouts and determine if its be safe for your son to do.
