Roofing Deck Screws
Nightmare on my street! clearcoat?
I painted my car today and everything was awesome except after laying my third coat of clear I started cleaning up and about 15 minutes later it started to rain. Even though it was a 20% chance. I should hit the weather man with the damage. The clear was slightly tacky but has now after the rain become rough and white in the last areas i cleared ie the hood roof and deck lid. am I screwed or is there a fix to this can anyone help me??????
I can certainly relate to that situation.It seems like that last half hour of drying time is when the bugs decide to land and the dust kicks up too! Having gone through the process countless times,I accept the fact that the clear is never perfect until it has been water sanded with 1200 and compounded or sometimes resprayed with clear that has been thinned and sprayed at a high pressure.Keep the patience!
