Pokemon Heart Gold Team?

I am just in the middle of saving the director in Golden Rod:
Skarmory level 32
Air Cutter, Fly, Swift and Agility

Furret level 30
Surf, Shadow Claw, Headbutt and Slam

Umbreon level 32
Shadowball, Pursuit, Payback and Confuse Ray

Ampharos level 33
ThunderPunch, Charge, Thunderbolt and Strength

Lapras level 36
Confuse Ray,Ice Beam, WaterPulse (Waterfall) and Perish Song

Growlithe level 40
Odor Sleuth, Fire Fand, Flamethrower and Take Down

Move set help please and I am planning to level my team to 45 before Clair by trading them to Pokemon Pearl. Also, What level should I evolv my Growlithe at?

I suggest letting Growlithe evolve at level 45 when it learns Crunch. It will be quite helpful in the Elite Four. Also, after you evolve Growlithe, you might want to head to Blackthorn City and let it learn Extremespeed and/or Thunder Fang.
My suggested move set: Extremespeed, Flamethrower, Crunch, and Thunder Fang

For Ampharos, I don't think having Thunderpunch is a good idea because Ampharos is more of a special attacker, and Thunderpunch is a physical attack. I suggest replacing it with Thunder (can be bought at Goldenrod Dept. Store). I think it's a good idea to let Ampharos relearn Thunderwave because it will help a lot if you are going to catch legendary Pokemon.
This is my Ampharos's move set: Thunder, Thunderwave, Signal Beam, and Power Gem
Your Ampharos isn't leveled enough to learn Signal Beam and Power Gem, so in the meantime, stick with: Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunderwave, Strength/Fire Punch (move relearner).

For your Lapras, if you're choosing between Water Pulse or Waterfall, I'd definitely say Waterfall because it's more powerful. But I suggest making it learn Surf instead of Waterfall because Surf has a base power of 95, while Waterfall only has 80. Lapras is a good physical/special attacker, by the way.
My Lapras's move set: Hydro Pump, Thunder, Ice Beam, and Body Slam
For your Lapras, I suggest: Surf, Body Slam, Ice Beam, Perish Song. You can also replace Perish Song with Blizzard or Thunder if you want.

Skarmory is a physical attacker, so you'll have to replace Swift and Air Cutter with a physical attack. Let Skarmory learn Steel Wing at level 34, and Slash at level 45.
My suggested move set: Fly, Agility, Steel Wing, Slash
*replace Agility with Night Slash when Skarmory learns it at level 50

If you haven't caught Raiku, Entei, and Latias when Umbreon reaches level 57, then let it learn Mean Look to prevent these Pokemon from fleeing. When you have access to Kanto after beating the Elite Four, buy TM 79 (Dark Pulse) in the Celadon Department Store. For the meantime, stick with its current moves, or if it's possible, replace Pursuit with Iron Tail (TM23).

For Furret, just replace Surf with Waterfall (go to the move deleter in Blackthorn). If you want, you can also replace Slam with Focus Blast(can be bought in Goldenrod Dept. Store). The rest of the moves are fine.
