ENGLISH GRAMMAR " I am staying here for a month in total."?

I asked the question below before.
I've got a new question, so I will ask again.

Suppose you were in a foreign country. You were supposed to stay there for a month. it had passed for ten days since you came there.

Which sentence could you say then?
1. " I stay here for a month." ( I guess this sounds robotic, like you robotically stay there icon smile Robotic Total
2. " I will stay here for a month." ( I think this is wrong, because it sounds like you will start staying there for a month that day, so you have a month from now before getting home.)
3. " I have stayed here for a month." wrong
4. " I am staying here for a month." I have no idea about this.

5. This is the new one.
" I am staying here for a month in total."
Does this tell you exactly what i want to say? Or, you do not need " in total"?

I would go with 4, which suggests that the month has started already, although there's no indication of when.

5 suggests to me that you'll be breaking up your trip, eg, staying "here" for a week, then going somewhere else for a week, then back "here" for two weeks, then somewhere else for a week, then back "here" for the last week. A month "in total" but not "a month".

You could also just say "I am here for a month".
