Can steel be welded without melting the vinyl it’s coated with?
A window salesman is telling us that his window frames are fuse-welded at all four corners; but the window frames are vinyl reinforced with steel. I suspect that the frames are not, in fact, made with steel inside. How can the frames be welded without melting the vinyl? Is this possible?
Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
the window frames are welded and then vinyl dipped...vinyl comes after welds..i hope this helps Barry
