Which is a better painting program, Adobe Photoshop CS4 or Paint Tool Sai?

I heard they are both great programs, but what do you guys think is better? And dont just come out and yell the one you use, at least know how to use both programs before you state your opinion please.

Photoshop CS5 made a very good leap towards the digital painting easiness.

I also recommend a good extension for it, that makes it very similar to Painter (which was one the most awesome program for painters, until Photoshop CS5 arrived). It's the Color Wheel and advanced color picker panel for Photoshop, called MagicPicker.

It has many features besides color wheel and It really speeds up the things, I can tell from my experience.

The Paint Tool Sai though, looks very promising, considering its ability called Data Protection (which is still missing in Photoshop) and lightweight interface. Maybe it's better to start with a simple program like this.
