why will he not help?
We have been married for 8 years, and he has never helped me around the house. That's womans work, and i let it slide as I did not work outside the home. Then I went to work. He is now driving otr so he is only home on the weekend. When i ask him to finish one of the many projects he has started and 95% completed he tells me it is his day off! Hello! When do i get a day off? He has been off for 5 days now and has not washed a dish or even taken out the trash. It sits and waits on me to get home from work to it. The he complains I want to go to bed and sleep says he feels neglected. I am so tired of doing it all. I know he works long days and I know he is tired, but please i work, do all the housework as well as the yard work that needs to be done. When he is home all he does is sit and watch T.V. and complain about the lack of desire I have for him. I have tried rewarding him when he does help me do something, nothing works. I am ready to call it quits.
A girl has to do what a girl has to do. After all, it is what it is.
