How do you wire 4 outlets, and 4 recessed light fixtures?

Ok, I am finishing my basement and have a question regarding wiring one particular room. I want 4 outlets (2 on one wall, 2 on the opposite wall) and have 4 recessed lighting fixtures in this particular room. I only want one switch to control the lights, and dont need the outlets to be switched. What is the best way to go about wiring this?

If you are asking this question, you should definitely not go into your electrical panel to hook up the wiring. It would be okay for you to wire all of the lights and outlets to save money, but let an electrician do the wiring in the panel - one wrong move in an electrical panel is almost certainly going to stop your heart...
