Knockout Punch Hole

ELECTRICAL: i have a 3R rated enclosure that has a 1" knockout punched out of it. how can i plug this up?
just need to know if there is a weatherproof knockout filler or maybe if i could silicone seal a regular knockout filler? Any electricians out there with a good answer i'd love to hear one. Technically i can use the hole but for a cleaner install i'd like to plug it up and use a different one. also as a bonus question is there such a thing as a 90 degree teck connector? if those exist i could use on of those as instead.
the knockout i want to fill is on the side. and a teck connector is a connector for Teck cable, a type of armoured cable with a rubber coating on the outside that is suitable for direct burial.
i have also found online a type of knockout filler that has a gasket and a crossbar that when tightened will provide a weatherproof seal.

Use a weather proof style closure, sometimes called a Hoffman Plug, since you want to do a clean job. The silicone attracts dirt and will look crappy after a few months. The Hoffman Plug has a nice rubber gasket to keep everything thing out of your panel. I don't understand what a teck connector is.
