Urgent!! I'm travelling. I'm not sure about the tires air pressure:?

I have a Hyundai Santa Fe with tires size 235/60R18. I'll be travelling with full load in haighways but also pebbles roads. The user manual says min 30 max 32 psi, but I didn't have it in the moment I charged air and the service man insisted in 35 psi... what do you think? Is the pressure OK? (Sometimes with the 30 psi pressure I see tha tires like too "soft", so maybe he is all right...

Your fine with that pressure. If you plan on driving longer distances than normal and carrying more weight in the vehicle as usual than having a little more air in the tires will only help fuel mileage and handling in most terrain. For an 18 inch tire I find it hard to believe that the max pressure would be 32PSI. Are you sure you read that right? If you look on the side wall of one of your tires, the max PSI is listed in raised small print. There is alot of writing on the side walls and can be hard to find but it is there.Don't go by the manual,go by whats printed on the tire itself.I am sure the max load should be around 35 to 40 PSI. GO check, you will know for sure.
