Heavy Duty

What would likely need fixing on a heavy duty truck left for a decade?
This is a hypothetical question that I need for a book I'm working on, but...
If a heavy duty truck, for example something like the Mack Titan, was left for a decade undercover in a shed, what would likely need fixing to get get it running again? It wouldn't need to pass any inspections, just be running and able to pull a load.
Thanks in advance!
Tires may be dry rotted, kingpins and steering linkage may be frozen and need grease and a little work to get them moving freely, fuel system full of sludge that will destroy the injector pump if you don't clean it out before starting it, wheel bearings in need of repacking or new oil. Radiator corrosion if the coolant was old to start with, frozen fifth wheel or dump body bearings depending on what the truck is set up for.
Mouse nests in the cab, gnawed wiring, differentials and transmission in need of new lube, door hinges frozen,
Pretty much anything that is meant to move will need lube and a little work to free it up, the engine should at least have an oil and coolant change, and fresh fuel and filters.
