Where can I get a drill press to use?
I am looking for a drill press to drill through a stripped skate frame. It needs to be able to drill through white aluminium.

Most drill presses will do what you want... the trick is to use the right type of drill bit.
While a high speed steel drill bit would work, I'd recommend using a carbide bit, or at the very least, a titanium coated bit. Bring the speed on the drill press down to a slower speed, so the bit, or the skate frame, doesn't get too hot. There are lubricants that can be used when drilling metals too, that will keep the bit cool.
I've made all kinds of jigs and fixtures over the years out of a variety of materials, including aluminum, and steel - like most projects, you have to pay attention to the details. You could find the most expensive drill press with all kinds of options on it.... but use a cheap bit, and it'll ruin your work. Use a good quality drill bit.
If you are only needing to do this ONE time, and not for a production run, then just rent a drill press from any tool rental store - they should also have a selection of drill bits available - I'd buy the drill bit myself, even if I rented a drill press.
