when relentless machine touches

refuses extraction

Your claims on forever notwithstanding, i did enjoy the Armageddon simile. Just makin' hole. I pretty much like all of your poems, since you ask. Today I took my Microsoft Flight Simulator Mooney Bravo (200 kph, 25,000 feet cruise altitude single prop thingy) from somewhere in Canada all the way to Anchorage. My point? OMG, awesome scenery! Togographically accurate too! What would we do without Google Earth? I mean, those street views of downtown Tokyo are to die for! But I digress .. there I was, strong crosswind over the Chugatch range on final into Anchorage, clear to land on runway 6R, maintaining 1600 agl until lined up with the localizer, and I thought to myself, what a wonderful world. It was around sunset, I should add, and the spectral glow of the setting sun on the waters of Turnagain Arm were, well, spectacular. Now you might wonder what this has to do with your ditty. I guess it has to do with the relentless machine refusing extraction. As for pure as the heart, Dudley Doright was SUCH a nimrod.
