-strength...i know needed Hm so i wouldnt have to switch out hm slave constantly

-wing attack...more pp than aerial ace

Will take criticism, suggestion on pokemon other than empoleon very needed that can learn similiar attacks, and yes i know staraptors move list is questionable, anything is appriciated.

ok once you acess the pokemon league after victory road
fly to canalave city
go to the man above he pokemart adn make him forget steelix's strength adn stararaptor's defog
teach someone else fly and train them
these are good moves for steelix and starraptor
teach steelix earthquake or dig instead of strength
teach stararaptor
-fly
-roost
-brave bird
-close combat
after you beat the eliet four, you can teach them the hm(s) again if you want
