Can you sharpen a wheel pizza cutter and, if so, how?
Look at the disc. You will see the disc is perfectly flat on one side and slightly beveled on the edge of the other side. Take a wet stone to the beveled side of the disc and slide it going away from the center on the same angle as the bevel. Do this all of the way around the disc and the wheel will be resharpened. You could also use a very fine toothed file.
