Core Twist

Will bodybuilding make me stronger For Competitive martial arts?
I power train. I do Exercise like
Chin Ups,
Bench pres,
Shoulder press,
Bent over rows,
Power cleans,
Squats
good mornings
Bridge (core)
Russian twist (core)
Both with bar and bells
will isolation muscle make me stronger. Like Flyes, biceps curls, ETC.
most of those workouts will help you throw one hell of a hard punch, but only if you know how to box. weight lifting is good but you'd really need to have a good amount of cardio endurance and some form of martial arts training to become competitive. my advice would be find some place where you can train in wrestling, jujitsu, boxing, etc. and work with a coach or trainer who can tell you what exercises would benefit you the most.
