Why do people in blue collar work environments dislike decent people?
I've notice that educated (White Collar) work environments seem to have more decent people in them than blue collar environments. It puzzles me why dignified and decent people are disliked or they seem to attract haters on the job. Especially, if your not into gossip or if you don't get caught up in the politics of the job. It seems to make these ignorant & apathetic people snarl at a person. Why
Being educated doesn't automatically make you a white collar worker .I went to college and I am considered a Blue collar worker,since white collar means salaried.In no way are white collar workers more 'decent' than me.Nor do I think I'm better than anyone else.At the end of the day we all work hard and pay taxes.In this economy the people you pass that you assume are below you are actually not,some have hit hard times and are just trying to make a living.They're probably more educated than you.You can't judge a book by it's cover.
