Antenna Cable

Can we hook a roof antenna to the cable lines for TVs in all rooms?
We bought a house with a roof antenna and here in Cali we all have cable, so this sounds like a ridiculous question, but does the antenna cable if hooked up to the existing cable line run a strong enough signal to run through the cable lines and give 4 TV's signals through the cable lines?
Your answer is yes..BUT you can't run the cable and the antenna on the same wire without speeding some real money.
Ideally have the cable run to a central point and add an amp with four or five outputs. You can also add your VCR and FM radios all on one line.
But once again you can have the signal from the cable company run lit while you are using the antenna.
My record is 5 TV,2 VCR and 2 FM radios all on one antenna.
I also added a switch so I can run one VCR on two TV. independent and together.
Here is a fun kicker. If you still have cable but don't need a box. Then you could have a swich (A,B box) from the cable and antenna to the TVS. Then you can run cable OR antenna to all the TV
